The Potter's Vineyard is honored to carry on the legacy of winemaker and grower, Laura Volkman in her pursuit of producing premium Pinot Noir. The 5-acre estate, rich in Jory and Laurelwood soils is named the Potter's Vineyard to also communicate Bill and Sandy's passion for Clay Art.
Hand-Crafted, small production, Estate Pinot Noir, Rosé, Celilo Chardonnay, and Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The Vineyard was planted in 2001 and is nestled on top of a windy hill in the Chehalem Mountains AVA with views galore. The Ceramic/Art Gallery in our tasting room is filled with local art for your enjoyment and shopping pleasure. Our label, Vino Vasai, translates to “Potter’s Wine” in Italian. Close to Portland just off Hwy. 99 in Newberg.
